This patient is a 36 year old female from the Phoenix, Arizona area who came to my Scottsdale, Arizona area medical practice with complaints about her breast size. This patient wished to have larger, but very natural appearing breasts. I felt that she would be an excellent candidate for breast augmentation surgery.
Fot the most natural result, I recommended using silicone gel implants placed under the muscle and through the areola. During surgery, I used Mentor smooth, round, moderate-plus profile cohesive silicone gel implants. Due to a mild pre-existing asymmetry, I used a 325cc implant on the right and a 300cc implant on the left for the best symmetry.
The patient did very well after her surgery, and was very happy with her fuller, natural appearing breasts.
