This patient is a 28 year old female from the Buckeye, Arizona area who presented to my Scottsdale, Arizona area medical practice with interest in breast augmentation. Specifically, this patient was unhappy with her breast asymmetry, and felt that her breast size was disproportionate to her body size.
I felt this patient would be a good candidate for breast augmentation, using different sized implants to correct for her asymmetry. I recommended silicone implants placed under the muscle and through the areolas for the best result.
In surgery, I tried multiple test sizers and felt that the patient needed larger sized implants to suit her frame. I used Mentor smooth, round, high profile cohesive silicone gel implants and placed a 550cc implant on the left and a 600cc implant on the right for the best overall match.
The patient healed nicely, and was very happy with her fuller, natural appearing breasts which contributed to a more feminine body shape.
