This patient is a 24 year old female from the Phoenix, Arizona area who presented to my office with interest in breast enhancement. This patient felt that her breasts were proportionately too small for her body and wished to be fuller while maintaining a natural appearance.
I felt that this patient would do best with silicone implants placed through the areolas and under the muscles for the most natural appearance. In the operating room, I tried multiple sizers before determining that Mentor smooth round 375cc high profile cohesive silicone-gel implants looked best for her frame.
After the surgery, this patient recovered nicely, and she was very pleased with the improvement in her breast shape and size.
