This patient is a 22 year old female from the Prescott, Arizona area who presented to my office with interest in breast enhancement. This patient felt that her breasts were proportionately too small for her body and wished to be fuller while maintaining a natural appearance.
I felt that this patient would do best with silicone implants placed through the areolas and under the muscles for the most natural appearance. In the operating room, I tried a number of different shapes and sizes and felt that 300cc moderate-plus profile implants were the best size and gave her the best shape.
This patient recovered very well from her breast augmentation surgery, with very little discomfort or swelling. She is very pleased with the results and feels that her new breasts flatter her frame beautifully.
