This patient is a 44-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of breast size smaller than desired as well as excess fullness in the bra fat area. I felt that bilateral breast augmentation with textured anatomical implants and power-assisted liposuction of the bra fat would give the patient the best overall results.
In the operating room, I used both Sientra 400 cc textured classic anatomical moderate profile cohesive silicone gel implants. I also liposuctioned the bra fat areas to improve the contouring. The implants were placed through an inframammary (breast crease) incision. The patient was very happy with her fuller and natural appearing breasts.
