This patient is a 24-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of breast size smaller than desired. I felt the patient would benefit from bilateral breast augmentation with textured anatomical implants.
In the operating room, I used Sientra textured moderate profile classic anatomical 350 cc cohesive silicone gel implants for both breasts. Implants were placed via inframammary (breast crease) incisions. The patient recovered nicely and she was extremely pleased with her full but natural results.
