This patient is a 32-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of breast size smaller than desired. The patient had deflated breasts from pregnancy. I felt a bilateral breast augmentation through inframammary (breast crease) incisions would give the patient the best overall results.
Sientra 400 cc classic anatomical moderate profile textured cohesive silicone gel implants were used for both breasts, giving the patient a youthful and natural result.
