This patient is a 35-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of breast size smaller than desired. I felt bilateral breast augmentation with silicone anatomical implants would give the patient the best overall results.
In the operating room, Sientra textured classic anatomical moderate profile cohesive silicone gel implants were used on both breasts. On the left side, the implant was 275 cc and on the right side, the implant was 310 cc.
