This patient is a 23-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of breast size smaller than desired. I felt she would benefit from bilateral breast augmentation with silicone implants.
I placed Allergan Natrelle INSPIRA® smooth round moderate profile 375 cc cohesive silicone gel implants through inframammary incisions. The patient healed nicely and was very happy with her soft, natural results.
