The patient is a 25-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of breast size smaller than desired. I felt the patient would benefit from bilateral breast augmentation. Given the patient's relatively low natural inframammary crease, I felt a bilateral augmentation with textured anatomical implants would give the patient the best most stable overall result.
Implants used were both Sientra 350 cc textured, moderate profile, classic anatomical cohesive silicone gel implants. After surgery she recovered nicely and was very happy with her results.
