Breast Augmentation Case 50

This 34-year-old woman from the Phoenix area wanted to transform her 32A-cup bra size into a full B cup. She scheduled a consultation with me at my Paradise Valley area medical practice wanting to learn more about breast augmentation procedure near Phoenix, Arizona. Like most breast enhancement patients, her biggest concern was ensuring a natural-looking result rather than an "augmented" look.

Given how thin this patient was, I recommended using silicone implants for the most natural look, and I felt that an implant in the low 300cc range would give her the full B cup she wanted. During her surgery I tried a few different sizes, but felt that the Mentor smooth, round, moderate-plus profile cohesive silicone gel implants looked the best and could give her the natural-looking increase she wanted. The implants were inserted through a lower areolar incision and placed underneath the chest muscles to help ensure a natural, aesthetically pleasing look.

This woman recovered very well from her breast augmentation surgery, with very little discomfort or swelling. The postoperative photos taken at her follow-up appointment show a definite increase in bust size and shape. In her postoperative photos, the size and position of her breasts both appear very appropriate for her shape, and while she is showing dramatic improvement, the changes look completely natural.
