This pleasant 25 year old female presented to my office dissatisfied with the cosmetic appearance of her breasts. She presented with both a mild tubular breast deformity, constricted lower poles, as well as hypomastia. She requested enhancement and wanted to go from a small B cup to a D cup. She underwent bilateral subfascial breast augmentation with Galaform 3D mesh lower pole reinforcement and 425 cc full projection anatomically shaped silicone implants and is shown 1 year postoperatively.
