This patient is a 41 year old female from the Phoenix, Arizona area who presented to my Scottsdale, Arizona medical office seeking larger breasts. This patient was overall very confident and happy with her body, but she felt larger breasts would better balance her upper and lower body.
For the most natural result, I recommended Mentor smooth, round, moderate-plus profile silicone gel implants placed under the chest muscle and through the areolas. I performed this surgery and used cc implants.
After surgery, the patient recovered very quickly and was extremely happy with her larger, perkier breasts. She is currently planning a new diet and exercise program to get her body into even better shape.
