Sub-Fascial Breast Augmentation Case 647

This pleasant 47 year old female presented to my office seeking a natural result following breast augmentation. She was an active yoga practitioner and underwent bilateral subfascial breast augmentation with 325 cc moderate projection anatomical gel silicone implants and Galaform mesh for lower pole support. She also underwent crescent mastopexy on the right breast for improved nipple symmetry. She is shown 6 months following her surgery.
