Breast Lift (Mastopexy) Case 727

This is a 60 year old patient who presented to my Scottsdale practice requesting a Mommy Makeover. She was dissatisfied with the appearance of her breasts and abdomen, noting droopiness and deflation of her breasts as well as a laxity and redundant fat in her abdomen and flanks. She was looking for a natural result and did not wish to look overly “augmented.” We discussed subfascial positioning of her implants in order to get her back to the gym quickly as she was to be married a few months after her surgery! We also discussed a tummy tuck with liposuction of her love handles to make her abdominal contour perfect for her wedding gown.

During her surgery, she underwent subfascial placement of a 250 cc Natrelle Inspira smooth round moderate profile on the right and a 275 cc Natrelle Inspira smooth round moderate profile smooth round silicone gel implant on the left with Galaform 3D bioresorbable mesh for lower poll support and mastopexies for proper nipple areola complex repositioning. Additionally, she underwent a tummy tuck with liposuction of the flanks. She is shown postoperatively feeling and looking amazing for her upcoming wedding!
