This is a 60 year old female who presented to my Scottsdale practice because she was not happy with the appearance of her breasts following weight loss. She was dissatisfied with the droopiness and looseness of her breasts. Additionally, she felt that her breasts were too big compared to the rest of her frame. After a discussion regarding surgical options, a breast reduction with lift was recommended.
During her surgery, I removed 3 pounds of breast tissue. Her loose skin was removed, and her breast was lifted into its new position. She is shown following her surgery, feeling more proportionate, perky, and is exceedingly pleased with her outcome.
