Breast Lift (Mastopexy) Case 736

This is a 63 year old female who presented to my office due to her disappointment in the appearance of her breasts. She felt that her breasts were both too big and too droopy. She did not want to be overly perky, but requested the weight to be lifted from her neck, back, and shoulders. After a long discussion regarding surgical options, she underwent a breast reduction with lift. She is shown postoperatively, feeling far less neck, back, and shoulder pain. She is thrilled with her results.
