This is a 47 year old female who presented to my Scottsdale practice following massive weight loss. She was most dissatisfied with the appearance of her breasts, which had deflated and dropped following her extreme weight loss. She wanted to regain her shape and figure and was interested in being “full” yet “natural.” We discussed subfascial breast augmentation, use of Galaform 3D bioresorbable mesh for lower pole support, and mastopexies for an improved breast position and skin contour.
During her surgery, I placed multiple sizers into the pockets and ultimately, I placed a Sientra 485 cc anatomical implant on each side and supported each implant with a piece of Galaform 3D bioresorbable mesh. She underwent mastopexies for skin contouring and breast repositioning. She is shown postoperatively, feeling extremely pleased with her new breast shape, size, and definition.
