Breast Lift (Mastopexy) Case 747

This is a 49 year old female who presented to my Scottsdale practice requesting a revision of her previous breast augmentation which was performed elsewhere. She was not pleased with the overall shape and appearance of her breasts, stating that her implants always fell out to the sides when she lied down. She didn’t like the heaviness and droopiness of her breasts and she wished for an overhall.

During her surgery, her old implants were removed and I contoured the pocket with both heat (popcorn technique) as well as placing Galaform 3D bioresorbable mesh to reinforce the pocket to prevent recurrence of her malposition. Once the pockets were contoured, I placed an Allergan 560 cc Inspira Full Projection smooth round silicone gel implant on the right and an Allergan 605 cc Inspirta Full Projection smooth round silicone gel implant on the left followed by mastopexies for proper breast shaping and repositioning as well as liposuction of the bra fat and lateral chest. She is shown postoperatively, feeling extremely pleased with her overall outcome.
