Breast Lift (Mastopexy) Case 752

This is a pleasant 23 year old female who presented to my office with loose and deflated breasts. She felt that her breasts were disproportionately small compared to the rest of her frame. She was unhappy with her overall breast shape and size and wanted an augmentation with lift. Together we came up with a surgical plan consisting of submuscular implants which would give her a natural and proportionate look followed by a breast lift for contouring and reshaping the breast tissue.

During her surgery I placed several sizers into the pocket and ultimately placed a Sientra Moderate Profile 300 cc smooth round silicone gel implant on the right and a Sientra Moderate Profile 320 cc smooth round silicone gel implant on the left. This was followed by bilateral mastopexies and finally power-assisted liposuction of the bra fat and lateral chest. She is shown postoperatively, feeling more curvy, proportionate, and exceedingly pleased with her overall outcome!
