This patient is a 49-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of unnatural appearing breasts. The patient had undergone multiple prior breast surgeries and now had high riding implants with distortion, excessively wide breasts, glandular ptosis and old inframammary scars, which were in too high a position.
A complex revision surgery was performed in which I replaced and repositioned the patient's implants, performed a vertical (lollipop scar) breast lift, and fat grafted the breasts to create a smoother and more natural appearance. Both new implants were Allergan smooth, round, 450cc full profile Natrelle Inspira cohesive silicone gel breast implants. The patient recovered nicely and was very happy with the natural appearance of her new breasts.
