This patient is a 52 year old female that presented to my Scottsdale office wanting fuller and perkier breasts. Because she had naturally fuller breasts and did not want a huge size increase, I recommended fat grafting instead of implants for a natural and low-maintenance result.
In surgery I performed a vertical mastopexy with fat harvest from the flanks, inner and outer thighs using power-assisted liposuction. The fat was processed with the Revolve fat grafting system and a total of 180cc of fat was grafted into each upper breast in order to improve upper pole fullness and create youthful appearing breasts. The patient recovered nicely and was extremely happy with the appearance of her new breasts.
