Nipple/Areolar Surgery Case 439

This patient is a 44-year-old female who presented to my Scottdale area office with complaints of breast size smaller than desired. She also had inverted nipples bilaterally. I felt the patient would benefit from breast augmentation with inverted nipple correction. Preoperative sizing indicated the patient wished to be approximately 350 cc.

During surgery I placed Sientra 350cc textured, classic anatomical, moderate profile cohesive silicone gel implants under the chest muscles via inframammary incisions.  She recovered well after surgery and was very happy with her improved appearance.
