Nipple/Areolar Surgery Case 729

This is a 36 year old female who presented to my Scottsdale practice feeling disappointed in the appearance of her breasts. She had undergone pregnancy and breast fed her babies. This took its toll on her breasts, as her volume deflated and her nipples were extremely prominent. She wanted to be augmented in a proportionate and natural fashion. She liked the idea of a minimally invasive, muscle sparing subfascial breast augmentation as she wanted to get back to working out and taking care of her children as quickly as possible.

During her surgery, I felt that her symmetry would be improved with use of different sized implants, and on the right breast, she underwent subfascial placement of a Sientra 255 cc Moderate Profile smooth round silicone gel implant, and on the left breast, she underwent subfascial placement of a Sientra Moderate Profile 325 cc smooth round silicone gel implant. Both implants were supported by a piece of Galaform 3D bioresorbable mesh to create a stable, long-lasting, and ripple-free pocket. Additionally, she underwent bilateral nipple reduction for a more natural nipple projection. She is shown following her surgery, feeling thrilled with her result. Her symmetry has been corrected and her nipple projection has been normalized.
