Nipple/Areolar Surgery Case 741

This is a 33 year old patient who presented to my Scottsdale practice hoping to feel better about the appearance of her breasts. She presented with asymmetric and misshapen breasts and had inverted nipples on both sides. She wanted to feel more curvy and symmetric but did not wish to look too “fake.” We decided on a surgical plan that would consist of subfascial breast augmentation, circumareolar mastopexies, and correction of her inverted nipples.

During her surgery, I placed multiple sizers in order to get her symmetry correct, and ultimately I placed Sientra 270 cc Moderate Profile smooth round silicone gel implant on the right and a Sientra 385 cc Moderate Profile smooth round silicone gel implant on the left. Both implants were supported with a piece of Galaform 3D bioresorbable mesh for a long lasting, ripple free result. She underwent circumareolar mastopexies and correction of her inverted nipples. She is shown postoperatively, feeling feminine, shapely, and extremely satisfied with her overall aesthetic outcome.
