This 43 year old female presented to my office for aesthetic breast revisionary surgery. She had undergone bilateral submuscular breast augmentation 15 years prior with saline implants and presented to my office with droopiness, asymmetry, and animation deformities which bothered her. She underwent bilateral subfascial revision augmentation Galaform 3D lower pole mesh reinforcement and 375 cc high profile smooth round silicone gel implants. She is shown 3 months following her surgery.
