This 44 year old female presented to my office for breast augmentation revision surgery. She had undergone bilateral submuscular breast augmentation with slaine implants previously and wished improved fullness and projection. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation revision with capsulotomies and implant exchange using 375 cc high profile smooth round silicone gel implants.
