This patient is a 23-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of severe breast asymmetry with a tuberous breast appearance and significant ptosis on the left breast. The patient also had hypoplasia. I felt bilateral breast augmentation with tissue removal, scoring of the parenchyma and circumareolar mastopexies would give the patient the best overall results. The patient also complained of excess fullness in the bra fat area and I felt liposuction would help with that.
On the left side, the implant was 345 cc and on the right side, the implant was 405 cc.
Surgeon: Dr. Cohen
