The patient is a 30-year-old female who presented to my Scottsdale office with complaints of breast size smaller than desired. She was also noted to have relatively high inframammary folds as well as conical shaped breasts consistent with a mild tuberous breast deformity. I felt that a breast augmentation with silicone gel implants as well as lower pole scoring and a dual plane 3 dissection techniques would give her the best results and allow her breasts to take on a more aesthetic shape.
In surgery I placed Allergan smooth round full profile Natrelle Inspira 520 cc cohesive silicone gel implants. She had a significant improvement in her shape and she was extremely pleased with her results.
