This patient is a 51-year-old male who presented to my office with complaints of excess fullness to the chest, which was worse on the right side than the left side. I felt the patient would benefit from a combination of power-assisted liposuction as well as direct glandular tissue removal.
After surgery the patient healed nicely and he was very happy and more confident about his new chest appearance.
